This room in a Mission Hills, Kansas home was the room of a son. Soon to be married, the challenge was to remodel his existing bedroom for wedding guests arriving in one month. A fresh color mix with green and white and a dash of lipstick red makes a cheerful hideaway for any guest.

Always a challenge is the dormer — a long and narrow space. A window seat was added and its entrance draped for a small getaway space. The family dog complements the setting.
